Triumphans was important to show the traits of the dowiana; recessive in the yellow color and shape of tepals but strong in the lip. The rex on the other hand imparted the shape and the ease of culture. Well done in this first blooming!

Wow, this Orchid Trail remake never ceases to amaze me! I feel like I've seen so many pics from plants around the country and I never get tired of seeing them. The color is especially vibrant on this one.
