Default What a Difference a Year Makes

This is C. violacea 'Muse' FCC/AOS x C. aclandiae. If you were a hybridizer you would have great expectations with parents like that.

Can an orchid flower improve with age? You bet it can. Here is the proof. The first flower was the bloom from last year when it bloomed for the first time. The second is the current bloom.

nicely done just keeping it alive after the 1st bloom!!! and better indeed.

My violacea is going to bloom 1st time and any bloom to me is a great bloom if I grew it. But also I am often disappointed in my own efforts when I see what others do...I cant learn fast enough to make an immediate difference and I cant wait to show off my generic violacea either

I LOVE PURPLE!!!
