cattleya in the show... this is really cool but the long wait from the emergence of sheath to blooming turns me off. it sometimes don't bloom at all for some reason. maybe I'm not yet into cattleya.

I guess, it varies sometimes between 250-500. But i'm not into doritis they don't last long in the garden.

the bacolod native cattleya buds already bloomed. the flower is somewhat similar to the multifloral catt in the show...it is fragrant as well. pic to follow...

I bought mine in Cubao Farmers @ 3M Mariposa stall (look for Inday) for P250 attached and established in a piece of wood, with total of 4 stems. BTW it's Doritis pulcherimma var champornensis if I'm not mistaken. Mine rebloomed few months ago.

my noid phal in bloom for almost a month now and it's sending out new buds on both spikes and branch. i've been growing this for a year now. this phal has huge leaves and the roots were really crazy enjoying the coco fiber it is mounted on. several buds were dropped on this just like last year but it is better this time.
