These are exactly my thoughts!!!
I have been waiting forever for demand to die down. This winter I came across a plant that was still a seedling, did not cost a fortune, but looked strong enough. No flower spikes or flowers at the time of purchase unfortunately. But I think it liked the type of care I offered and it produced a spike with expected for the first bloom two-three buds. No scent.

Same here! It looks lovely, and it I do have a bit of a soft spot for spots and orange and small… but not willing to pay a premium 😂
