asc miniature x dor pulcherrima :) Male

The parents are now considered Vanda miniata and Phalaenopsis pulcherrima, making the hybrid Vandaenopsis (Vdnps) Pulcherrimin.

ahh, so that’s where the upright growth bit comes from! thanks for the info, ray! this thing really wants to climb out of that pot, and truth be told we r lucky to have some flowers. repotted immediately when we got it, then some unknown tragedy befell it and it somehow came out of the pot, so repotted again, and now it’s been happy for a couple months. but i swear it’s gonna leap at any moment....
