This one is always the first to bloom so I took this photo to the first spike before it gets damaged by the rain. It has at least 3 more spikes.
This year all of them are already spiking when it usually happens only around March.

Nice one! I have noticed that weather patterns can shift blooming for a particular Cym plant plus or minus a month or month and a half at least. For me, this year is looking pretty normal, a few years ago we had a really long summer (didn't really cool off until almost December) and that year everybody ran very late.

This year our cool weather started at the beginning of October...that might be the explanation.

That's sure a clear yellow! Very nice, and love the red contrast.
