Default Bulbophyllum biflorum

My Bulbophyllum biflorum just bloomed. A fly got stuck in one of the flowers (first picture).

A view of the lip, column, and petals.

Both the flowers, and a ruler for scale.

Scent: There definitely is a scent. Sort of like watermelon, but more pungent, and nauseating.

Well done!! Love it

Bulbs have some weird scents and pollination tricks.

One day after I took the photos the blooms wilted. At first I thought they were damaged in some way, or they were just very short-lived, but no.

one of them got pollinated (somehow)!
