Default White NoID Phal

It's a simple white NoID but I love it. I know that most of you am not so fond of this guy as I am, but I have to spam OB with pictures of it anyway.

I was shocked when I saw my older pictures of it from the time when I purchased it back in February, because I thought it had had more flowers opened then, but apparently it didn't.

I can't believe how much its spikes have grown since I got it, and the really funny part is that the flowers it has gotten since moving home to me, are actually bigger and more colourful than those it had when I bought it. I just had to brag for a little bit.

It actually has a name, "Snow Mound", which, of course, isn't registered so it's a sort of a named NoID. I hope the grower might register it some day, then maybe I could bring it in for judging (I've no idea if it's a Phal that any judge would care about, but it would be fun to give it a try).

The first picture is from when I had just brought it home and the other two were taken yesterday:

Nice Phal! I like it, the yellow is a nice touch of color. Love how the spikes arc over, it's a happy Phal! The name is probably a trade name, most commercial growers don't bother with proper registration, all that matters is protecting the name and product...

Thanks guys! I was the intense yellow that made me notice it in the first place and the fact that it has become even more intense since I got it, makes me very happy. It does seem to like living with me considering it has 30 blooms opened now.

They have a touch of pink which makes the blooms even more attractive in my eyes.
