 Beautiful flower I will bet you have a hard time going inside.  Brooksville Huh! I have done some mountain biking there and road the rails to trails. As a matter of fact I was air lifted out of the grand canyon mountain bike park. Memories

Dave, There is a chance that you came really close to my house if you biked in the Spring Lake area. We get a lot of bicyclist in our area.

Laura, those are beautiful. What Stanhopea is that? And is that Vanda tesselata? Is it fragrant? That species is on my wish list. Thanks for posting the wonderful pictures.

Starwhiz, the third one is Enc. cochleata.
Steve, I don't known which Stanhopea it is, it was sold to me as Stan inodora, but the grower thought that was questionable...and yes it is tesselata and it does have a lovely scent.
The 8th photo is tesselata crossed with Ascda Thananbarg
