Default Masdevalla Machu Pichu 'J.V.'

I've shown photos of my other plants before but this plant was given to us earlier this year as a house warming gift and as such it's a new plant even though it's technically a division of the same plant.

Anyway the flower is quite large and the colour is amazing. Enjoy!!!

Thanks for so much beauty, so early in the morning.

I bought a Machu Picchu but it hasn't bloomed yet. Now I can't wait. It has so much meaning for me because I visited Machu Picchu more than 40 years ago. It was very primative then but so breathtaking. There was only one other couple on the mountain at the time we were there.

I wish I could re-visit it again. I'm sure it is very different after all those years. At least I have fantastic memories and, if I had the talent, I could write a book about the 4 days we spent there, and our unusual experiences. To say it was primative is an understatement.

I would love to go there Marilyn and hopefully one day I will. I hope your Machu Picchu is an outstanding one and I look forward to seeing the photos.
