Default Some new blooms for October

Here are the orchids that are blooming in October. They sure make my room colorful!

Photo 1: Beallara Peggy Ruth Carpenter Morning Joy - A bit disappointed that the column is deformed, again. But I love it anyways! My camera has trouble with purple, so everything that looks red is actually dark purple

Photo 2: Oncidium Yellow Spring- Mini plant, only a few inches high. It was a freebie at a show I went to in early June

Photo 3: A NOID that I got in bud at a show 2 weeks ago. It was sold to me as a Miltonia morelianna, but I think you'll agree that it's clearly not! To top it off it's showing some suspicious ring spots on the leaves, I'm pretty sure it has ORSV.

Photo 4: Trade name is Phal Aida, which I'm certain corresponds to Phal Purple Gem var coerulea based on what I read on internet. Here again the camera screwed up, there is absolutely NO red color in these blooms. The lip is a solid dark purple.

Camille, send the Beallara Peggy Ruth Carpenter over the pond to me and I promise I won't look at the deformed column!!!! They are all very beautiful, but I especially like the Beallera... and it would have looked great in our calender...excellent photograph!

All wonderful Camille, but the Oncidium Yellow Spring would earn a special spot in my collection.
Great photo's too.

You are so lucky Camille, mine are all losing their flowers with the cold just now.

I love them all, but the purple gem is really cute.

It's a good thing you're not asking to vote on prettiest...I wouldn't be able to decide...they're all BEAUTIFUL.
