My pictures of the 19th WOC
Just got back late last night! Here are my photos of the show. I tried to limit the photos to the most spectacular colorful displays. I had the advantage of taking photos prior to show opening so there aren't too many photos with people in the background!

Enjoy!

I don't do most Dendros or large, "floofy orchids". For me it's minis (like Angraecoides), Paphs, and others that crept in somewhere along the line. See my orchid list for complete collection (usually not current.)

Peter, thanks for the gorgeous photos!
I'm so happy to see the Disa display...I couldn't get a decent pic of them and thought they were stunning!
Same for the "Ball of Paphs"! Simply amazing!!!
It was so frustrating to try to take a picture...and watch others setting up their shots...and somebody would just walk right up in front of them and stand there!

You just have to get some spine and ask people to move while you take the picture I would!

It was easy enough to wait a few seconds but I found it really frustrating to watch the folks who were there setting up tripods and lighting get the same treatment. I know it was exciting to see but folks were totally oblivious to anything going on around them

I hear you. Not all "photogs" are conscious of others around them. I could tell you some real stories that would make your blood boil, but glad you got what you did. Great job.
