Flying out today. If you notice a terribly average guy at the Gold Country Orchids booth, we can make awkward conservation in hopes of dissipating anonymity.

Lol! Are you going to be behind the stand? Or just buying there?
This is not meant as a bad thing, as far as orchid growers go, it's rare to find anybody average :P

So close and yet so far
I so want to be there. I'm less than 30 miles from Longwood Gardens, yet there are no viable public transit options on a Saturday. I may just spend the cab fare, estimated at about $80 each way.

I'll be selling.
Not too ugly, nor incredibly handsome. Not too eccentric, and not too introverted. I'm a 1:1 kind of guy.

im pretty sure i saw you today, although i wasnt sure, so i didnt say anything. are you the younger guy or the older guy? i was there with a green hoodie over my black SOS t-shirt, and i was wearing cargo shorts. i was also probably the only one who was 16. i was there with my mom and we asked about Lctna. Peggy San....
went to the show today! it was great! the exhibits were awesome and i got to talk to some awesome people, Carrie Raven-Reimann and Michael Ooi are both very nice! i picked up two plants from Ooi and one from Parkside. from Ooi i got a Phal bellina F3 in spike (he actually mentioned it in his lecture and said it was a very good example of line breeding) and Phal. borneensis v. alba x violacea v. alba. from Parkside i picked up a nice small probably first bloom seedling of Phal Luedomanniana with one fat bug
