Fortunately, our roof was not damaged in the least, and we were able to get a crew out yesterday to take down the fallen limbs - the ones that hit the pergola were 12"-14" in diameter.

While inland, and especially up near Wilmington NC, sustained major flood damage, my neighbors and we were mostly affected by wind, with several losing trees simply blown over because the the sandy soil was saturated and loose. Chain saws will be running for weeks...

Most of the damage is to fences, but a family four doors down from me did have three, 4" diameter holes punched in their roof when a 100' pine tree came down on it.

I have reopened the store for business, but now my issue is getting in Concentric (Inocucor) Garden Solution and packaging for K-Lite and KelpMax, as the local UPS and FedEx hubs are up in Wilmington, and I don't think they're back to making deliveries yet.

Everything in due time, Ray. Your life and property were preserved and that's the important thing. We're all so happy you're ok! A big praise!

Awesome. Glad to hear that you didn’t take on too much damage. Wind damage can certainly be awful but flooding is devastating. I was just reading an article about all the dead farm animals and consequences from that with trying to get rid of the carcasses before they start to break down.

Everyone down in my neck of the woods was thinking of y’all and watching the news on pins and needles.
