Marlow Orchids Open House tomorrow (5/9/15)
I just found out that this place is only about 20 minutes from me...uh oh. I REALLY am hoping to get to their open house tomorrow, it would be my first trip to a greenhouse. They definitely have tons of stuff and the longer I look at their site, the longer my wish list grows...

I wish I could visit that greenhouse. He has plants I am interested in but I don't think he likes to ship things too much.

That was amazing! I didn't even make it through 1/4 of his greenhouse...I was in total orchid overload! I only had time to take a couple pics because it wasnt long before I didn't have a free hand to do it with. I have 3 awesome new additions, Maxilaria tenuifolia, LC. Green Veil 'Dressy', and Iwan. Apple Blossom. I couldn't be more pleased that all 3 are fragrant. This was definitely worth the visit!

I found Jim's site last fall and the first shipment I got from him was great, the packing and quality of plants was amazing. I ordered more from him but it was too cold for him to ship. As I waited for warmer weather to get here I kept adding more orchids to the list, when I got the order, of 8 plants, it was packed just as good as before and the quality of the orchids were once more fantastic! I had thought about flying up just for this open house but with Redland Orchid show next weekend decided to make that trip another time, but for sure I will get there!
