why not get involved in an orchid growing project, as suggested by Oscarman? The four of us here in the States and one friend in Australia will be getting our project plants soon and then the games begin
It would be fantastic if a group of our friends to the North could get together and grow the same plant!
We could have this project going in three countries, which is simply put...very cool!
Come on, sign up, it'll be fun and we've already done the work of choosing a plant!

All you Canadian growers out there - this is your chance. The wheels are in motion, the message has been sent. (what's that you say....did not get a PM from me.....it's because I didn't know you are in Canada. Send a PM to Oscarman and I'll fix that pronto!)

Let's get together and make the Canadian Plant Project the one that brings home the Gold!

Our USA friends have already started (we will catch-up!) , 5 team members (we can do better than that!) have their plants (phal. lobbii) and are seeking Orchid Nirvana (we know the way!).

Let's show them what can really be accomplished in more northern climates. We may be further from the equator, but we will be closer to the gold!
