Phals I think I'd go with stuartiana var nobilis. Still got variagated leaves. Also good to grow from flask as I've heard some people have been disapointed with a less yellow one than hoped: so having several might give you a chance of getting one to your taste!
schilleriana is a bit pink for me, though I wouldn't chuck it out! Lowii doesn't really do it for me at all, looks sort of squashed and droopy.
Paph, I'm not sure I'd be mad for any of those! First couple I never really liked in photos, but having seen one of that type in person a few months ago I did change my mind a bit. I still wouldn't call them pretty, but they have a lot of character! 3rd, similar, but looks like one and two gone a bit droopy! 4th... that type of paph makes me think of an especially tastlessly coloured pair of frilly granny knickers. For me it's a toss up between 1 and 2 really: if you like white, go for niveum. But looking at pictures it looks like leucochilum might give you some varied results, which I think makes growing a flask more exciting. Nice leaves too.
Of course you should also consider if you have the conditions to grow them long term...
