They want you to pay shipping AGAIN??? Talk about expensive plants! I suppose that if you chose option A that you wouldn't get a refund on the original shipping cost?

Last time I ordered I did have an issue with a Phal seedling that arrived completely rootless, and I had a hard time convincing them to give me a refund on it. They finally agreed, but not by returning money to my account. It gets taken off my next order. I think their customer service could be a bit better.... A shame since their plants are awesome overall.

So sorry Val that I accidently posted my reply in your post!
As a mod I have an 'edit' button' next to the 'quote' button and several times already I have made the mistake of clicking edit if I'm not thinking carefully about it. I'm still not used to that extra button! So so sorry, I got rid of what I typed....

Well My plants arrived today! THEY ARE FAB !!!!
superbly packed too! they really use 10 times bigger boxes than necc; super quality plastic wrapping ,'thicker than most florists!: ABSOLUTELY WORTH THE EXTRA MONEY - IF IT'S A PLANT YOU REALLY WANT!!!!!!!
For info: I got a Phal Mini Mark in bud ( which I had not expected!) & a Neofinetia falcata x coelestis blue.... which was just a last minute desire & not on a wishlist... As, I have a Neo falcata which has qudrapuled in size in the 5 years I have had it and I have a Rhynchostylis coelestis (Project 10 Warm - from Spring 2010) - This one has not bloomed for me yet ..But The neo took 3 years ...so I'm being patient as roots & leaf growth are OK. Hopefully next year for blooms on the Project plant and a couple years for this new one to my collection.

That's great news!!! I hope you don't have to wait too long for the flowers to show. They really are a great supplier. I can't wait to put another order in.
