Hi

I just thought that you would all like to celebrate with me the fact that I am now the proud carer of thirty orchids in my home. Three are donations from non orchid friends who "got bored" with their Phals, three are duplicates as a result of propagation.

Here's to the next thirty!

Mind you I have a way to go before I catch myself up on the succulents and cacti front - I have 85 of those and I was supposed to be winding them down...........

I've a way to go to catch you up but I hit 15 at the weekend and I'm expecting two more to arrive soon.

I decided I must be an addict at the weekend, when two new ones had arrived last week, two more were on order and expected this week and I still couldn't resit that discount rack NoID in the garden center

Congrats and Welcome to the club Hedge. You know I joined the OB last october with about 20 - 30 chids, I now have 110! Darn OB and all the fantastic photos!!

Congrats Hedge, believe me, your collection will just continue to grow. I started out with just one per week and now I have over 100.

I had 16 orchids I think when I became active on orchidboard last oct - I too have recently passed 100

you,re an adict??????????? and that,s news to us? i had you figured out a long time ago lady. and you won,t give up on you,re cacti and succulents.
Nick and Whiterabbit you,re collections grew in a very quik time. i,ve TRIED to grow orchids for somewhat 15 yrs and i just reached 100 today. many doubles as well.. i,ve learned so t much on oband my orchids don,t die as frequently as they used to.

i need to check to rehab too... i went shopping last weekend at the local show and bring back 86! it don't help that plants are cheap here (malaysia is second biggest orchid exporter after thailand and i was born to the state that is malaysia's largest exporter! i also work and live there). and still very much can be bargained and also free stuff!!! HELP!!! thank god this is biennial event!
