Default My New Haul

I put this thread here, as it didn't really fit any of the others. Just got back from the Orchid Show in Grand Rapids where I met Littlefrog (Rob) and many other nice folks. I decided to make a major (for me) purchase at Hoosier Orchids - 7 plants, all minis --

Maxillaria variabilis (yellow form)
Angraecum didieri
Angraecum florulentum
Ceratocentron fesselii (2 plants)
Dendrobium aberrans (2 plants)

I also puchased Paph. fairrieanum from a different dealer. It's a mini (or at least very small and blooming size).

My Terrarium is starting to look fuller. But there's always more room for minis

I don't do most Dendros or large, "floofy orchids". For me it's minis (like Angraecoides), Masdies, Paphs, and others that crept in somewhere along the line. See my orchid list for complete collection (usually not current.)

Good choice on the Paph, it's one of my favorite species.

Actually the D. aberrans shouldn't be that bad a choice. They are mini-minis, look halfway decent (or I wouldn't have bought) and I got 2 (one for when the other dies!) Yeah that Paph is a real beauty and it's little. What more is there? I have it sort of shaded (actually it's sitting down between some other Brassia pots) and gets pretty bright light, but no full sun ever. Sort of like my Phals. Think this will work?
