Default Tindomul's first Broms ever.

OK, here are some pics of my new broms which I placed in my 55 gallon tank. Ever since I did this, people have commented alot on my tank!
I tied them down onto the fake branch that magically floats in mid air.

Ok, so am I a total newbee in way over my head, will they die on me, or will they grow roots and anchor themselves to the branch? Hope so.

Thanks all.

Pretty nice pic of those bromeliads. Do you have any frogs in that tank.....it seems to be the perfect place....55 gal ~ bromeliads they seem to go together! That's coming from a strictly orchid guy.

How large are those flowers on the Neoregellias and how many do you expect?

Dave, I think we have to get you into frogs. Have your plants live in symbiosis with animals...get them fertilized naturally. There's nothing better then two frogs shagging on a cattleya leaf heheheh

although shagging usually resorts tot he female's stroking of the male's back, laying eggs and having the male fertilize them few hrs later.

Not exaclty like 2 dogs going at it at a side of the road, hehe

Marty!! Lol.

I could see how it would be romantic to shag on an orchid flower. But only if frogs are into that.

My 55 gallon tank has no frogs in there yet. I was thinking breeding my little bumble bee toads and filling the tank with them. Humidity goes down alot at night when the fan is on. I just installed the fan last week and I've seen that the temperatures and humidity drop into the low 70's low 60's repectively. I got the fan becuase I read that Orchids get fungus if they stay wet at night, and I got this Orchid in my tank:

Its a Haraella odorata. I hope it does well.

I'm expecting 4 flowers from the brom. The pics above show 4 buds right???
