Default My entry into Masdie arena

Just got my latest haul from Komoda Orchids (Thanks Sue for the link ) and they arrived today 3 of 4 in bloom!

Left to right they are Masdie Angel Tang, M. Ken Dole, M. Maui Prince, and M. princeps. All are "warm tolerant" plants (here's hopin')

I don't do most Dendros or large, "floofy orchids". For me it's minis (like Angraecoides), Masdies, Paphs, and others that crept in somewhere along the line. See my orchid list for complete collection (usually not current.)

Right now they are in with the Paphs. Figure the Paphs do OK, so these should. I have room in the tank up under the lights if it turns to that.

Great haul Ross! I love Masdie's....I have a cute little hybrid about to start blooming. It bloomed in spring and then took the summer off! I can't wait....I want to get more of these little guys!

Awesome, Ross! I have definitely been tempted to give some Masdies from Komoda a try. Will have to keep an eye on how they are doing for you.
