I still can't reach Orchid Roots. I'm not on Facebook, but there appears to be an Orchid Roots Facebook page for technical issues. Perhaps somebody could look at it.

I'm not a regular user of FB but I've requested to be a member too.

I did notice that the 2 names that are listed as Admin and Moderators are also listed as recently joined this group.
Seems a bit unusual., usually mods and admin have long standing with the group.

When checking those names on their own FB page there is nothing about orchids.
Also last posts on their pages were made in Dec 2022 (Charie Pete) and Dec 2023 (Pim Little).
Chari Pete did mention BlueNanta but it was spelt BluieNanta.

Ive just checked the bluenanta site, that gives a warning that the connection isn't private and warns about scammers etc.

It's not looking good.

I took a look at the Friends lists for the admins of the FB group... I recognize quite a few orchid people under Friends for Chari Pete, she seems to have been around for awhile. Pim Little seems completely unrelated to orchids

Quoting from a post seen on Facebook:

"Since April 10, OrchidRoots has been under DDoS attack. The server crashed immediately when the attack was detected due to the overwhelming load. We will take this chance to transition to a more robust cloud server and reconstruct our system."

So hopefully it will be back and we just have to be patient, it is a very useful resource.

Orchidroots.com is back! Yay! Still seem to be some routing issue, but getting there.
