Default Using OrchidWiz on a Linux system using Wine

I'm running into a little trouble running the OW program and wondered if anyone else here uses Linux as their OS. Thanks in advance.

Do you use any emulation software such as Bottles?

I had tried installing the download a while back under Wine. As I recall there were various issues, for instance it requires OleDB and other things, and since I was just curious and didn't actually purchase it, I wasn't willing to starting going into the rabbit hole of trying to make it work.

Might be better to try installing it in a Windows VM. Installing recent Windows (10, 11) under Linux virtualization has its own set of challenges, but it it possible.

I used Virtual Box, but now I see it hasn't kept up. I think the Linux world has settled on Wine but it still requires work.
