This Ludisia grows like weed so my main problem is that, once I divide it, in one year I'll have the same problem multiplied by the number of divisions.

Just leave it. It’ll divide itself soon enough. Then watch out!!! Seymour was lucky in little shop of horrors. That wasn’t an orchid.
