Default Psychopsis Mendenhall 'Hildos'

I got a Psychopsis Mendenhall 'Hildos' in July 2017. It was in spike and had really beautiful patterning on the leaves. I'm finding things on the web that say it should have about phal light, which is what I've been giving it.

The spike has continued to grow and develop (after I knocked the first bud off!), but the patterning on the leaves has faded.

I'm a home grower with lights. I'm wondering if I should give it more or less light to improve the markings?

Also it really hard to know where to put it because the bloom spike is so tall (about 2 feet). Any advice from people who grow this inside?

Bump. I don't have it, but the ones I've seen were growing on tables near windows.

I never grew mine under lights, rather at a west facing window. Chances are that if your lights are high enough to accommodate the length of the spike, it isn't getting enough light.
