Cischweinfia horichii (parva)
Finally in bloom:
Can't detect a fragrance yet. Grown at approx 600 foot-candles in orchidarium at 99% humidity. Sphagnum potting medium in open basket.
Thanks for looking.

I don't do most Dendros or large, "floofy orchids". For me it's minis (like Angraecoides), Masdies, Paphs, and others that crept in somewhere along the line. See my orchid list for complete collection (usually not current.)

Nice! From the three Cischweinfia species I've seen in bloom, including yours now, I don't see much of a difference between them. My C. pusilla is also supposed to be fragrant, but I have never detected anything.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought this was under the Oncidium alliance.

If so, would you move it please? I searched and the Tribe is Maxillareae and the Subtribe is Oncidiinae. Which do we use when trying to place in alliances?

Wherever it belongs, besides in your collection, I like it a lot!

We'll just go with the tribe. Just like we pet Phals into the Phal forum rather than the Vanda forum.

Update!
Second flower opened fully today and... drum roll please... it is fragrant! Smells sort of like a mild rose or something. Very faint, but very nice. Think, if I had the display I did with sheehanae, it would be something.
