Hello! Geeze! thats a great plant. I asked you about mine a few months back. Anyways, mine seems to have lots of new root growth. I couldnt water it properly in bark, but since I re-potted it moss, it seems to be growing roots like crazy. One question though, do you let yours dry out, or water while there is still a bit of moisture in the medium?

Oh, and when can I expect new growth (as in a new pseudobulb)?

Thanks!

thanks guys...

i water mine every 5 to 7 days letting it soak for about a minute or two and then drain so it doesnt dry all the way out. i spray often in winter when humidity is low.

new growth should start a few weeks after old spikes are clipped. sounds like your roots might be getting all the attention for the time being though...

my flowers have fragrance this time which they did not when i bought it sweeeeeet! good luck...

yeah, my spike finished about 2 weeks ago. the flowers last quite a long time too.. mine were on for over a month, and they smell really nice, as you said mine gets watered about that much too, I guess it wouldn't have grown roots way into the moss if the conditins werent right.. I water when the moss is still a tiny bit moist. Does that sound right?

Thanks!
