Default With less than two weeks to go...

I fell off the wagon again!

This time it was my husband's fault...I think HE was having secret withdrawals

Yesterday, he pointed out some nice Cyms but they were NOIDs so I was a good girl and left them there. Today, he pointed out a whole table of really nice stuff at our local Lowe's and these two $6.98 mini Oncidiums jumped into our cart! So cute

First is Onc Fireball 'Sundance',
second is Rrm Apple Blossom x Tolu Elfin Star
third pic is the two together, they're in 2" pots

I love Tolumnias. I have 4 now and two are in spike. Great choices there Susanne. There's always room for more Tolumnias!

I don't do most Dendros or large, "floofy orchids". For me it's minis (like Angraecoides), Masdies, Paphs, and others that crept in somewhere along the line. See my orchid list for complete collection (usually not current.)

Hi Sue. I bought one Tolumnia a while ago and it came with mealybug. It died long ago but have been paying for it ever since. The last victim of the great Mealybug war of '07 was my prized Slc. Mini Beau. The Calendar contest winner. I know I am generalizing, but that is the reason I never gave other Tolumnia's another look. However! your Rrm Apple Blossom x Tolu Elfin Star is really cool. So I give it a full

Tin, you can't place blame for the mealybug problem on the type of 'chid! It started at the vendor...and somebody didn't clean them up

You should try another Tolumnia sometime, they're small and so cute!
