Leochilus labiatus - cute miniature from South America, mounted on cholla cactus wood, the old flower spikes can rebloom over and over for a months!

Interesting orchid. The flower looks like a bug. I like the cholla cactus skeletons....I put some moss inside it to help with the moisture.
