Default Miltassia Royal Robe

This has been blooming for a month. The plant is huge and takes a lot of space, but I love the flowers. They have a pleasant aroma too.

Wow, look at the keikis on that plant! Whatever you're doing is making this orchid a happy camper. Beautiful blossoms, too. I have one that is very close to opening for the very first time. I'm even more anxious now. Thanks for sharing! kiki-do

Judy, the scent isn't like anything that I can compare it to. It does have a bit of a peppery touch.

kiki-do, do you think those are really keikis? The plant is putting down roots everywhere and is at the point of hanging over the edge of the pot. I suspect it is ready for a wider pot, isn't it? It grows like mad!

Those aren't keikis, they are new growths for the next round of beautiful flowers. I love the color and shape of this one. Great job!

Neat plant,
what kind of conditions do you give it to get it to flower?
