I live in south of Seattle where the summers are typical long days and 75-80F. Occaisionally higher, approaching 95 and rarely 100F. They prefer moderate temperatures and when it does get hot, I will hose them 2 or 3 times a day when I can. My evaporative cooler helps to keep the temperature down along with the aluminet shade cloth that has helped a lot.
They are always happiest in the spring and fall....
