Default Miltonioda Maui Charm Sukura

Like many of my orchids, this one suffered last year from too much rain and subsequent root rot, but it survived and is coming back. It bloomed about a week ago. The sepals/petals are a shocking pink and the lip starts out more red and fades a bit as the flowers age.

Default Brown leaf tips

Why is my miltonioda Maui charm Sakura getting brown leaf tips? Too much water or too little?

A build-up of salts can cause this, if you are over-fertilizing or fail to flush the pot adequately. Are you flushing regularly?

I am fertilizing weakly weekly and flushing 1x per month. All my other different types of orchids are doing great. Is this one more sensitive to fertilizer?

Robin, you might get more response if you start a new thread and post a picture of the plant, describe your growing conditions and the plant itself. Has it been repotted recently?
