Default a cutting

, I have 2 oncidium cuttings that I got from an orchid nursery. The yellow cutting has severel pseudobulb?! and has a couple of roots so I'm pretty sure I can nurse it back to health. But the 2nd cutting (came from a maroon with white spots flower) has only one pseudobulb and has little-no roots! Does anybody know if it will grow roots? Will it survive? Anybody tried repotting an oncidium 'dancing lady' with only one pseudobulb? Thanks in advance!

I recently potted up an Onc back bulb in moss and it is doing fine with three new growths emerging from the bottom of the bulb. I think a lot of it is a matter of luck.
