I have mine in 2inch clay pots with large aliflor or loose long tree fern fiber. Most of my species are mounted. Got about 75 hybrids and 20 species plants.

Had about 250 until hurricane wilma hit Broward county, *sigh*

They want bright (vanda) light, warm-hot temps, and dry out between water. I water 2-3 days in summer, 1 week in winter. If you water daily in a pot, you need a fan (and a draft or two wouldn't hurt while turning on the fans, LOL!!)

I'm not really big on mounting, but I had another idea. Perhaps a suction cup utility basket lined with Epiweb or a pond filter media as substitute would work for these tolumnias.

Something similar to this, perhaps something more square than rectangular:

I can still suction them to windows to receive adequate light, and with constant air movement I should be able to achieve drying them out a few hours after being watered.

What do you think?

I decided against the suction cup baskets and purchased 3" clay orchid pots, and lined the pots with EpiWeb chunks and placed the tolumnias inside ...

Hopefully they will like it

Here is another option, especially since those two have a good amount roots. The good ole wooden basket. I have 3 going in these and they are doing great. The roots get plenty of air movement that allows them to dry out. You don't even need any medium in the basket. You could add some charcoal chunks if you like.
