Default first Miltassia bud to open is a FREAK

Miltassia Dark Star 'Orchidworks'

1st bud to open has an extra column and extra petals.
I hope the succeeding buds look "normal".

No offense but i think it is a fascinating mutation and would LOVE to see all the blooms look like that. it's not very often that you see doubling in orchid blooms. If the mutation stayed "true" and it continued to produce doubled blooms I would love it. But then again i AM an evolutionary biology and genetics major.....that could have something to do with it
Oh not to mention the color is gorgeous.

I personally love it, and as Michael above said, it is an unusual mutation. You will have to keep us updated if the future blooms open the same way. It very kool!!

I love it!!! You aren't too far from me, so I would take it off your hands for you. I mean if you find it freakishly hideous.
