Really beautiful and cool, Dave! Very elegant and delicate looking. And just the right size too! Thanks for sharing!

Dave, that's beautiful! I just tried to google the name to see what I could learn about it and everything that came up is in a completely different language! Could you please share a little about where this originates from and what it's culture is?

Thanks!

Go to orchidspecies.com., and Ecuagenera.com.

I got it from Ecuagenera (Ivan Portilla) when he attended the Mid America (Mason Ohio) back in Sep 08. It was bare root. Ive had it in sphagnum moss and the small clay pot. I use rain water as much as possible Intermediate-warm conditions, moist. Bright but no direct sun. It has grown easy for me so far, put on new growths, and produced 2 flower spikes. i dropped the pot a while back, and broke off the first spike.

I just repotted with fresh moss yesterday, and the roots didnt look too bad. had to trim a few dead pieces, but the rest looked decent. This thing was in rough shape when i got it , and im surprised it has turned around as well as it has.
