I think you are talking about Miltonidium Pupukea Sunset 'Hawaii'. I've heard that it smells funky...well I know that it does. My Mom bought one at a show awhile ago and immediately regretted it as it smelled like pee....cat pee to be precise. Too bad as the flowers were very cute.

Wow...my pupukea doesn't smell that bad, but maybe I'm lucky?? (or maybe my sense of smell is gone!)

Ok, just to get this right. If I don't want my house to smell like cat urine, I shouldn't purchase Miltonia Hibrida??

And if I want to take a chance with potent odors, I might want to try a Miltonidium Pupukea Sunset 'Hawaii'???

I love fragrant (as in pleasant) orchids. Last thing I want is a smelly surprise from the web or mail order

Speaking of odoriferous plants, we had a speaker talk about bulbos at our orchid meeting this week. Dead meat.. Sorry, i just can't see why anyone would want a plant like that.
