Nie co rol
Its a brand name for a gadget that looks like a yoyo with hooks at both ends.
The 'yoyo' part is under slight tension.
Use one hook to attach to a high point, use the other smaller hook to the stem of the plant.
As the plant grows the string attached to the hook retracts back into the yoyo section.
I've seen them used in wholesale Cymbidium growers shadehouses. I hope these links work for you.

Gorgeous! For photo, consider forcing flash on - will throw enough light into the foreground to soften the heavy shadows.

Also if your camera has an HDR setting it may help to flatten out the extremes.

Your plant is spectacular!

Yes, I thought those Nie co rolls were a great idea too. I bought 10 some time ago just in case I had an unwieldy stem. 🤞So far so good, the few bloom spike Ive had have been able to support themselves but its nice to know I have the little helpers if needed.
