I'm really not sure how often they bloom. This is the 2nd bloom for this one. I believe the first bloom was in September of 2016.

Wow!! They had one bloom recently at the New York Botanical Gardens. I missed it, but I have seen it before. They are impressive. I hope they have a program to exchange pollen.

I love this whole genus.

I have a similar plant that flowers much more. Kongi I think.
