Default Dividing Pings

I got a ping at the MOS show last fall. Apparently it likes me, as it could stand to be divided. There are hardly any roots! Does one just separate them and repot? This one looks to be in potting soil. I know it's a rookie question but, give me a nudge, please.

In my experience these prefer a small, shallow pot. I use the following mix in 1/3s - potting soil, perlite and fine bark. They have short roots that will develop quickly, even from leaf cuttings - so plant the leaves that fall off when dividing. ( Even lengthways, with half buried )
