It looks like the same ones I see at homedepo. But I found this growing outside of our yard. I'm not sure what it is, but it looks nice.

Probably a Sedum, or perhaps a Portulaca. Can't tell for sure without flowers.

I seem to recall something called an "Ice Plant" of which there are a zillion varieties. This may end up with some very nice flowers.
