Engaged!
Just wanted to share the news... my boyfriend gave me a diamond ring and an orchid for Christmas, so we're going to have a commitment ceremony next summer! I love him dearly and I'm SOOO excited!!! The ring is gorgeous! In other news, we found out that we are both losing our jobs at the 1st of the year... I guess you have to take the good with the bad and everything in between. If we lose our house where will my plants and kitties live?!?!?! Oh well, I'm sure things will work themselves out! MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYBODY!!!!!!!! I hope Santa brings an orchid for all of you!

Thank you all! It is Phal. Brother Little Yellowboy, and it is a spectacular plant! The flower spike is 3 feet tall! I'll post some pictures after Christmas!

Congratulations! I am sooo excited for you! I say how about a picture of the Phal and the diamond???! Orchids and diamonds.....it just doesn't get any better!!!! I know things will work out with the jobs, things always happen for a reason, and it usually makes you stronger and the relationship stronger!
