The more adaptable of the two would probably be gracilis, although the most adaptable of the whole list is probably jamban, if you can keep the temps below 85F..and if you can afford it.

My all time favorite nep vendor is this guy.

Thank you for the list - very helpful.
I had N. mikei ... it was doing well till I "fed" it with 1/2 of orchid fertilizer. It declined very fast.

I liked it almost black leaves. I got it fairly small and I wonder if it would be , given a chance, a small plant or grow large.
When I want a reference to an orchid size, or other info I go to IOSPE but I never seen any site like that for carnivorous plants where you can see pic and description.

N.mikei gets to about 12in in diameter.

Those are really beautiful and colourful!
I have hardy pitcher plants by my pond but they aren't quite as pretty as these are.

I have a question about the pots showing very nice growing sphagnum moss: do you have you bark/sphagnum/perlite in in most of the pot and a layer of live sphagnum on top or is it mostly live sphagnum?
Do you trim the sphagnum or pull it out in order to limit competition with the carnivorous plant?

The mix the plants are in is a mix of medium bark, perlite, and charcoal, with a 2in layer of live sphagnum in the top of the pot. I do need to trim it on occasion to keep it from swallowing the plant, and I use the trimmings to propagate more of it.
