Default Frozen Shoulder

Hi everyone

Just wanted to let you know that I'm not posting so much at the moment because over the last few weeks my right shoulder has succumbed to frozen shoulder - as I'm right handed this is making using a mouse and typing difficult to say the least. I had a frozen left shoulder ten years ago so I know the drill and I know it will get better, but in the mean time if I am not around much that's why.

keep growing your orchids as well as you can

best wishes

Heather

Sorry to hear that and I going through Rotator cuff injury myself. I keep it moving so it doesn't become frozen. (work dosen't allow me to rest anyway). Sleeping is the biggest problem for me. Good luck and get well soon.

I have never heard of that before, and it sounds very painful. Take care of yourself, and hopefully you'll be back on OB soon.

Hey Heather, sorry to hear it. I've been through it with both right and left shoulder. The right shoulder got better with daily PT (T stands for torture) for a year! The left shoulder my Ortho suggested what he called "closed manipulation". Basically they knock you out and tear all that scar tissue loose by manually rotating your arm in all directions. The recovery period was much shorter...only a month, and far less painful. Something to ask your doc about anyway. Good luck!
