Can somebody please tell me what this is?

We've never seen them here before and I just noticed 6 of them sitting on top of my screen room (that's why the photo is from underneath )

I don't do most Dendros or large, "floofy orchids". For me it's minis (like Angraecoides), Masdies, Paphs, and others that crept in somewhere along the line. See my orchid list for complete collection (usually not current.)

It's a Hemipteran of some sort (a true bug). I think it's probably some type of leaf footed bug (if you google that you can compare it to your pics).

Yup, it's some sort of leaf footed bug. I'm going through my entomology books looking for it, but without a photo of its back and without knowing the size it's hard to identify which one. Gorgeous little bug though. I have a friend that raises similar looking ones in him dorm room.
