It does look like a young plant that could have started from seed. Ants and other insects carry lily seeds and other seeds around because the seeds have a fleshy growth on the outside that the ants eat. The ants get food and the plant gets its seeds distributed.

Yes, I'll be sure to post a pic. of the bloom. I'm anxious to see what I've got....also wondering if the "invader" should be moved to another pot. The two plants seem to be co-existing so nicely perhaps I should leave them as is.
