Default Quick way to see the comments on people's pictures?

Is there a quick way to see which pictures in someones gallery have comments associated with them? For instance, when I go to the gallery screen, it says I have two comments, but then I have to scroll through all the photos to find which two those are. It'd be neat if I just click where it says comments and they'd pop right up.

alternatively, more people here could comment on pictures, so that every photo had at least one comment...

Nice idea Scott. If there's a way to do it, I'm sure Marty will take care of it.

I'm new to uploading into my gallery an looking around at others on the board, just thought I missed a step or a brain glitch ... wow I feel better now. Marty will be to our rescue.

I found out today that we have the option of choosing to be notified when somebody posts a comment on one of our pictures. It's in the Additional Info section when you're uploading, says Enable Email Updates. Click on this and the next time somebody comments, you'll get a notification.

But what if we haven't done this? Is there still a way?

I don't do most Dendros or large, "floofy orchids". For me it's minis (like Angraecoides), Paphs, and others that crept in somewhere along the line. See my orchid list for complete collection (usually not current.)

Usually if someone leaves a comment on your picture, you are notified by email of it. Im sure. In anycase, to be sure about it, you could go through each pic and press the (email notifications).

No. Doesn't work that way (at least for me.) I have had comments with no e-mails. But then Marty considers me the problem child! Right Marty?

No you're not a problem child. This has been switched to be the default, but after you had your gallery in place. Right now if you upload the photo, by default you'll be notified, but if you have photos prior to the setting, you'll need to manually check to be notified. A bit of pain. Recent members won't have to worry about a thing.

remember that if you leave a comment on someone's photo, they will be notified, but you won't be if they reply - until you click on their photo to be notified

Marty, I have been doing this for a few of them. Im not sure if no one is responding to my comments on their photos or if the notification is not working. So, is it really working??
