OrchibBoard will be undergoing a massive face lift in about a month. One new feature will include the ability of users to write articles which will show up on the main page and which will be fully credited to you...since you're writing them! Other members will be able to comment on your articles and rate them.

This will really enrich the content on orchidboard. These articles should be a minimum of few hundred words and should obviously relate to the hobby. This will give you a chance to shine and show off your knowledge, but best of all, it will help others and better the orchidboard community.

Start now, so when we launch the new OrchidBoard, you will be the first. Every few weeks we will have a "featured article" picked from the submissions.

Make sure you use proper spelling and grammar. Topics can include anything orchid related... Anything interesting and relating to orchids is worth writing about. You could write about
* fertilization regiments
* Orchid Care
* What to watch out for when selecting an orchid
* How to treat a sick plant
* The dos and don't' of orchid growing
* Creating the right growing conditions
* etc, etc, etc

Perhaps down the road, featured articles will get some type of a bonus...
