Wow! Don't know how I missed that on the side panel. Thanks, Mouse! Still would like to know how to create a table in a forum post, but now don't need to for what I was originally targeting.

You may be able to use BB code for primitive tables of no more than 3 columns. Look to the bottom left of this page and click BB Code. Do some reading.
